Product and materials
What material are Mario Romano Capri garments made of?
Our garments are made from 100% high-quality linen, processed and packaged on the Amalfi Coast according to the traditional Positano fashion. Linen is a natural, breathable, and cool fiber, ideal for the summer and Mediterranean climate.
Linen wrinkles. Is that normal?
Yes, and it is a prized characteristic of the fiber, not a defect. The natural creases of linen are part of its authentic charm. With use, the fabric softens, improving over time.
How should I wash linen clothes?
We recommend that you always follow the instructions on the label. In general, linen prefers delicate washes at low temperatures and air drying, avoiding the tumble dryer to preserve the fiber and shape of the garment.
Are the garments truly handcrafted?
Yes. Each garment is handcrafted in a small rural village a stone's throw from the Amalfi Coast, an expression of authentic Italian savoir-faire and a tradition of excellence in linen.
Sizes
How do I choose the right size?
You can consult our Size Guide, where you will find all body measurements for each garment category. The tables refer to body measurements, not garment measurements. If you are in doubt between two sizes, our customer care is available to advise you.
Do the sizes correspond to Italian standards?
Our sizes follow the EU/UK/US correspondence indicated in the Size Guide. We always recommend checking the measurements in centimetres for a more precise choice.
Shipments
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
What are the delivery times?
Most of Europe and the United States: 2–4 days. Rest of the world: 3–7 days. The times indicated are to be considered as guidelines and depend on the shipping moment. Mario Romano Capri cannot be held responsible for any delays related to customs clearance or payment approval, while committing to minimizing all types of delays.
Returns, exchanges, and payments
Can I make a return or an exchange?
Yes, within 14 days of receiving the product. Items must be in their original condition and retain all tags. We reserve time to inspect the garment before approving a return or exchange. Shipping costs are borne by the customer. You can find all the details in our Refund Policy.
How do I request a return?
Send an email to info@marioromanocapri.com stating your order number and the items to be returned, or initiate the process from your reserved area. You will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions. You can find the complete procedure in our Refund Policy.
